Representative Dr. Adel Al-Damkhi, Minister of Defense, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Ali Al-Sabah, called for the necessity of stopping the military aircraft deal and not receiving the rest of it immediately due to the violations that marred the deal, whether by violating Law No. 25 on commissions, and violating the technical and contractual terms in the contract of the aircraft manufacturer with the Ministry of Defense.
