The Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) announced the referral of a former leader in the Public Authority for Roads and Land Transport and another to the Public Prosecution on charges of committing a suspected crime of unintentional damage to public money.
And Nazaha affirmed the continuation of procedures regarding investigations into all serious information that fulfills the conditions that it receives.
Nazaha appreciated the role of the whistleblowers in exercising their role in assisting the authority to access the necessary information and data on corruption incidents, and its commitment at the same time to provide them with the highest levels of protection and confidentiality required by the law and the executive regulations.
