A member of the Public Utilities Committee, Representative Dr. Muhammad Al-Huwaila, the committee discussed the two letters he submitted and approved by the National Assembly regarding assigning the committee to discuss the establishment of a medical city, and educational institutes affiliated to the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the Sabah Al-Ahmad residential city, for females and males.

Al-Huwailah added, in a press statement at the Media Center of the National Assembly, that the establishment of an integrated medical city in the Sabah Al-Ahmad residential city will serve the city and the neighboring areas, especially in light of the urban expansion towards the southern borders and the establishment of residential cities that will increase the population density in these areas.
