Today, Thursday, the National Assembly Office adopted a new administrative structure with regard to departments and divisions in the office of the President and Vice President, towards the abolition of three departments and six departments, with a total of nine organizational units.
The Secretary of the Parliament, Representative Osama Al-Shaheen, said in a statement at the Media Center of the National Assembly after the 18th meeting of the parliament’s office headed by Speaker of the National Assembly Ahmed Al-Saadoun that this comes with the aim of rationalization and saving, “as the number of employees in the office of the president and vice president reached 13.67 percent of the total employees of the National Assembly.”
Al-Shaheen added that the parliament’s office has completed the process of financial and administrative reform decisions within the National Assembly, in light of the recommendations of the tripartite committee composed of the Audit Bureau, the Civil Service Bureau and the Fatwa Department…
