The representative was represented by Dr. Janan Bushehri of the Kuwaiti Parliamentary Division at the meeting of the Standing Committee for International Peace and Security at the 146th International Parliamentary Union Conference in Bahrain to discuss a draft resolution on combating cyber-attacks and crimes and their new threats to global security.

In an intervention during the meeting, Bushehri stressed the need for the draft resolution to take into account the compatibility between democracy and modern technologies, expressing thanks for all the efforts made in drafting the draft, which she confirmed is related to technical aspects.
