Muhammad Ahmed Al-Awadi announced that he will not run for the 2023 National Assembly elections.

Al-Awadi said: So that we do not leave the painful scene and the conflict that has exhausted the state for years, and our excuse is boredom and exhaustion, and at that time the wishes of those who want to demolish this ancient institution have been fulfilled, so it is our duty to stand with all the loyal patriots for their presence in Abdullah Al-Salem Hall, and we will return soon, God willing.

I am unable to thank and appreciate everyone who communicated and provided support, assistance or advice to run in the electoral race during this period. You have all my love and gratitude.

I ask God for success for everyone who preserves the country, its people and its constitution.
