The Assistant Undersecretary for Social Welfare Sector Affairs in the Ministry of Social Affairs, Hamad Al-Khaldi, said that the Kuwait Red Crescent Society plays important and effective roles in the field of serving the inmates of social care of the Ministry.

This came in Al-Khalidi’s statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) today, Tuesday, after his meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, Dr. Hilal Al-Sayer.
