The Public Authority for Housing Welfare announced today, Monday, the readiness of the suburb (4N) in the residential city of Al-Mutlaa in an integrated manner.

The foundation said in a press statement that the citizens had received To Whom It May Concern certificates for issuing building permits since last May 10, stressing its keenness on accuracy and quality in the implementation of on-site works under the supervision of a specialized engineering staff.

She stated that she receives the site works and vouchers to citizens without any technical notes or errors, pointing out that the issuance of building permits is within the competence of the Kuwait Municipality, as there is cooperation with the Corporation regarding issuance of them after the citizen obtains a To Whom It May Concern certificate.
